VISUAL MERCHANDISER

As part of the Fragrances & Beauty India Team, the person will report to Store Planning & Projects Manager - Fragrance & Beauty. The role of the Visual Merchandiser will be to ensure a smooth and proper implementation of the Merchandising strategy in the standalone boutiques & wholesale points of service,



working closely the field teams. The VM will support the Store Planning & Projects Manager in enhancing the image of the brand across India and maximizing the brand exposure.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE

• Develop and drive the annual Visual Merchandising strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for Stand-Alone Boutiques and wholesale points of sale.
• Lead the local adaptation and implementation of campaign guidelines, planograms, transparency concepts, and animation directions in collaboration with internal Chanel stakeholders and local suppliers.
• Manage VM forecasting in line with approved budgets, including the ordering process, inventory planning, and allocation of VM elements across all points of sale.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable vendors; negotiate commercial terms; assess supplier capabilities; compare costs; and allocate projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
