Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, articulate, and persistent Business Development Associate to own the first conversation with prospective members of PedalInvest Club, our invite-only angel investor club. In this role, you will call HNIs, professionals, and first-time angel investors who have expressed interest in the club, understand their background and intent, and schedule qualified prospects for a detailed discussion with our investor relations team. Your primary focus will be rapid, high-quality lead follow-up and converting interest into scheduled conversations.

Key Responsibilities




• Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads who have shown interest in PedalInvest Club.
• Call new leads promptly, introduce PedalStart and the club, and understand their background and
investing intent.
• Schedule introductory calls between qualified prospects and the investor relations team, taking full
ownership of each lead from first contact until the call takes place.
• Follow up consistently with leads who are unresponsive or undecided.
• Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in the CRM, and share feedback on lead quality with the
team.
• Represent the club accurately and responsibly in every conversation.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• Background: 0 to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Tele-calling, or Lead Qualification.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome; internship or work exposure in fintech,
wealth management, insurance, real estate, or edtech is a plus.
