As a Senior MERN Stack Engineer, you'll own the technical direction of our web platform, guide a team of engineers, and drive the delivery of scalable, secure, high-performance applications and data-rich dashboards.

What You'll Do

Product & Engineering Delivery
• Build intuitive, high-performance, responsive interfaces using Bootstrap, Material UI, and contemporary UI best practices.
• Lead the integration of interactive dashboards into the platform using iFrame, Embed SDKs, and Compose SDKs.
• Design secure, reusable REST APIs and backend services, including microservices where appropriate.
• Design efficient data models and optimize queries across MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate third-party APIs and data sources.

Performance & Reliability
• Drive performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Establish testing practices with comprehensive unit and integration coverage using Jest.
• Lead root cause analysis of production issues and drive long-term fixes.
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Collaboration
• Partner with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Data Engineers, and QA to shape roadmaps and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Communicate trade-offs, risks, and timelines clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Expert proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Strong experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
