About The Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn complex problems into elegant, intuitive experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to design impactful web and mobile interfaces used by thousands of users.

What You’ll Do

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Build and maintain scalable design systems
• Collaborate with PMs and developers on product decisions
• Create user flows, IA, and journey maps
• Design micro-interactions and animations
• Ensure accessibility and WCAG compliance
• Present and iterate on designs using stakeholder feedback

Required Skills

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Responsive & mobile-first design experience
• Prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, etc.)




• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS concepts)
• Design systems & component-based design
• User research & usability testing experience

Preferred Skills

• Motion design and interaction animation
• Accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Agile & cross-functional team experience
• Enterprise or SaaS product design
• Data-informed design & analytics exposure
• A/B testing and conversion optimization
