build a distinctive voice for Mélange, and strengthen our founder's presence as a thought leader in the industry.

What you'll actually do
1.⁠ ⁠Own the social media strategy

Build and execute social media strategies for Mélange Digital's Instagram and LinkedIn, as well as the founder's personal brand across relevant platforms. Understand the audience, define content pillars, identify growth opportunities, and create platform-specific strategies that drive reach, engagement, community growth, and brand authority.

You won't just be posting content. You'll understand why we're posting it, who it's for, and what we want it to achieve.
