Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Lithium-Ion Battery manufacturing and quality. The candidate should have robust knowledge of cell, battery module and battery pack manufacturing, electrical testing, BMS, welding processes, EOL testing, process quality and defect analysis. Exposure to BLDC Motor manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IQC, IPQC and OQC activities for Lithium-Ion Battery manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of cell inspection, cell grading, OCV/IR testing, cell matching, module assembly and battery pack assembly.
• Monitor critical processes including spot/resistance welding, nickel strip/busbar assembly, insulation, soldering, BMS assembly, wiring/harnessing and pack enclosure assembly.
• Conduct and monitor battery charg
