Role Description The Presales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for working closely with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, prepare solution proposals,



and demonstrate SBNA Software Solutions’ products and services. Day-to-day activities include conducting needs analysis, preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating demos, and supporting the sales team with documentation such as RFP responses, pricing inputs, and technical clarifications. The Presales Specialist will engage with potential customers to answer queries, showcase how solutions meet their operational challenges, and provide consulting support during the evaluation phase. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings, competitors, and industry trends to support effective positioning of solutions.
