Job Summary

These are your responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator with hands-on experience in VMC / Turn Mill and 5-axis machining operations. The candidate should be capable of independently handling setups, tooling, offsets,



and production activities for precision-machined components.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling/Turn Mill and 5-axis machining centers efficiently.
• Perform machine setup, tool setting, work offset corrections, and prove-out activities.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, and process sheets.
• Execute precision machining operations with close tolerance control.
• Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as: Vernier Caliper Micrometer Height Gauge Bore Gauge
• Monitor machining quality and maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Optimize cycle time and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with CAM programmers, quality inspectors, and production supervisors.
• Maintain machine cleanliness, preventive care, and workplace discipline.
• Follow all production and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications
