Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial and protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance products and services. The Relationship Manager will conduct regular client meetings, follow up on leads,



assist with policy servicing, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries. This role involves close coordination with internal teams to process applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. The Relationship Manager is also expected to achieve assigned sales and service targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
