JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re a B2B lifecycle marketing agency that runs the automation, email, and customer-journey programs behind a portfolio of growing companies. Our clients trust us to turn their marketing platforms into measurable revenue — and our team gets deep, hands-on exposure across HubSpot, Intercom, ChurnZero, Brevo, Mailchimp, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You’ll own the day-to-day execution of marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns for our B2B clients. This is a hands-on, platform-heavy role for someone who loves building customer journeys, solving problems independently, and turning data into better-performing programs.
Our clients use a wide range of tools, so we’re after someone who isn’t tied to a single platform — comfortable jumping into HubSpot, Intercom, ChurnZero, Brevo, Mailchimp, and whatever else the work calls for, with the appetite to learn new tools fast.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Build, execute, and optimize email and lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, nurture, retention, and re-engagement.
• Set up and manage automation workflows, lead scoring,



and segmentation in HubSpot (and other platforms as needed).
• Manage CRM and email-automation integrations to keep sales and marketing data aligned.
• Develop multi-channel lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, social, and in-app touchpoints.
• Run A/B tests, track key metrics, and report results with explicit, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with content, analytics, and account-management teams to keep messaging and strategy consistent.
• Join — and over time lead — client calls: presenting performance, walking through plans, and answering questions with confidence.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
• 2–4 years’ hands-on experience in marketing automation or lifecycle/email marketing, ideally B2B or agency.
• Strong, demonstrable HubSpot experience — workflows, lists, lead scoring, reporting (non-negotiable).
• Hands-on or working exposure to tools like Intercom, ChurnZero, Brevo, and Mailchimp, plus
