Job Description (JD) – B2B Sales Executive (VRM) - Jaipur

Location: Gopalbari, Jaipur

Language Required: Malayalam (must)

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. Agriculture preferred or any graduate
• Candidates with relevant agriculture/agri-machinery backgrounds may also be considered.

Experience:

• Freshers can apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in the agriculture/agri-machinery industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and dealers.
• Support dealer management and business development.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Conduct regular field visits and generate new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with dealers/customers to achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Robust field orientation.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
• Basic knowledge of dealer management.
• Interest in the agriculture/agri-machinery sector.
