• Cadworks India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and performance-oriented Business Development Associate to join their team. The role is critical for expanding the customer base, creating sales opportunities, converting prospects, and strengthening client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers using cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, referrals, and other lead-generation methods.
• Connect with prospects to understand their requirements, challenges, and expectations.
• Introduce and explain relevant company offerings based on customer needs.
• Handle prospects throughout the sales funnel from initial outreach to final deal closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely movement of leads through different sales stages.
• Work towards achieving individual sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Maintain strong engagement with both potential and existing customers.
• Develop long-term professional relationships with clients and prospects.
• Keep CRM records, sales trackers, and customer databases updated.




• Explore current markets, customer segments, and potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments for successful customer onboarding and execution.
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Identify gaps in the existing sales process and suggest ways to improve lead generation and conversion.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 6+ months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and sales conversion.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to independently manage leads and drive them towards closure.
• Highly motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
