Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.Drive B2B and B2C sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closures.Manage key accounts, client negotiations, and long-term business relationships.Identify new market opportunities and build partnerships with corporate clients and event agencies.Monitor team performance, sales pipelines,



and KPIs to ensure consistent target achievement.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and booking execution.Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and implement strategies to improve team performance.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or team management.Proven expertise in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and revenue generation.Strong team leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.Ability to manage sales targets, pipelines, and performance metrics.Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.Bachelor’s degree required.
