About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven User Acquisition Specialist – Rewards to grow Santa Browser’s rewards business through paid user acquisition, offerwall campaigns, and rewarded user journeys.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience acquiring users for rewards or incentive-based products, optimizing offer completions, and improving campaign profitability. You will work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and offerwall partners to scale quality traffic and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

User Acquisition & Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and relevant advertising networks.
• Identify high-performing traffic sources, geographies, and audience segments for rewards campaigns.
• Test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to acquire users likely to engage and complete offers.
• Optimize campaign budgets based on acquisition costs, offer completions, retention, and ROAS.

Rewarded Journeys & Offerwall Growth





• Develop and optimize user journeys that encourage users to discover, start, and complete rewarded game and app offers.
• Drive targeted traffic to offerwalls and individual offers based on audience relevance and geography.
• Test offer placements, messaging, reward amounts, and milestone structures to improve engagement and completion rates.
• Work with product and engineering teams on offer-specific deep links, landing pages, and direct-to-offer integrations.
• Identify friction points across the journey, from signup and offer discovery to completion and reward crediting.

Revenue & Profitability

• Monitor offer-level revenue, user reward costs, acquisition spend, and contribution margins.
• Optimize campaigns to increase revenue per acquired user and maintain profitable growth.
• Track CPI, CPA, ROAS, offer start and completion rates, retention, and revenue per user.
• Use cohort analysis to evaluate traffic quality and identify opportuniti
