Area Collection Manager – Vehicle Finance

Experience: 4–8 Years | Product: Vehicle Finance | Focus: Hard Bucket / NPA Collections

Job Responsibilities

• Manage hard bucket, Bucket 3+, 4+ and NPA vehicle finance collection cases.
• Lead, guide and monitor the field collection team to achieve monthly recovery targets.
• Handle high-risk and delinquent accounts through regular customer follow-ups and field visits.
• Develop effective recovery strategies for overdue and difficult-to-collect accounts.
• Monitor team productivity, daily collections, recovery percentage and bucket movement.
• Allocate cases to team members and ensure proper coverage of assigned locations.




• Coordinate with collection agencies and field executives for effective recovery.
• Review daily MIS, pending cases and ageing reports to improve collection performance.
• Handle customer negotiations, settlement discussions and repayment commitments as per company policy.
• Ensure compliance with collection processes, regulatory guidelines and company standards.
• Identify high-risk accounts and take timely action to control further delinquency.
• Maintain robust coordination with branch, operations and senior management for collection-related activities.
