Role Description:
· Guide partners/students on visa requirements and procedures for various countries
· Prepare, review, and file student visa applications




· Ensure accuracy and completeness of visa documentation
· Schedule visa appointments and biometric submissions
· Prepare students for visa interviews (where applicable)
· Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, and students
· Track visa application status and follow up as required
· Maintain updated knowledge of visa rules and embassy guidelines
· Handle visa rejections and reapplication cases professionally
· Maintain confidentiality of student documents

Requisite Skills:
· Experience in filling student visa applications for international destinations is preferred
· Excellent communication skills, and high proficiency in English
· Ability to understand the admission policies and requirements of different universities and countries
· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within a deadline
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
