JOB DESCRIPTION – SITE SUPERVISOR

Position: Site Supervisor
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Conveyance + Accommodation
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities• Supervise and monitor day-to-day activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is completed as per the given drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, workers, contractors, and other team members.
• Maintain daily work progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and site requirements.
• Ensure proper safety practices and discipline are maintained at the site.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site-related issues.
• Support project execution and ensure timely completion of assigned work.





Candidate Requirements• Must have 6 months to 1 year of site experience.
• Qualification must be Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of site supervision and project execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle site activities and work independently.
• Candidates must be willing and ready to travel and work at any company project site across India.
• We have multiple project sites across PAN India, so flexibility for relocation and travel is mandatory.
