What you will do: The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Chennai branch,



ensuring efficient delivery of counseling and support services to prospective students and families. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the counseling and administrative teams, setting performance targets, monitoring branch metrics, and implementing strategies to grow student enrollments and institutional partnerships. The role involves managing student inquiries, supervising counseling quality, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of customer service and ethical practices. The Branch Manager will coordinate local marketing activities, build relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders, and represent the branch at events, seminars, and outreach programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
