Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at EFX Connect is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the intern supports day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

The intern helps with onboarding documentation, updating employee databases, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.



Additional responsibilities include coordinating basic employee engagement activities, assisting with advantages-related queries, and preparing HR reports or summaries as needed. The role involves close collaboration with the HR team to ensure smooth personnel management and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to support their implementation and communication.
• Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and assisting with employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
