Role Description The Regional Head of Sales is a full time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for driving sales performance and business growth across the assigned region. The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing sales teams,



and ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets for ICICI Bank’s products and services. The Regional Head of Sales will oversee key account relationships, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales goals, tracking performance metrics, coaching and mentoring team members, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
