We are expanding our Sales team in Mumbai, India and are looking for confident, energetic and target-driven professionals who enjoy speaking with customers and turning conversations into genuine sales opportunities.

Role Description:
As an International Sales Specialist, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers across Australia, identify their requirements, generate qualified leads and create opportunities for our Australian sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with calling and motivated by achieving targets and earning incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers across Australia.
• Identify customer requirements and qualify potential sales opportunities.
• Build rapport quickly and engage customers in meaningful conversations.
• Generate qualified leads and appointments for the sales team.




• Follow up with interested customers and nurture prospects when required.
• Maintain accurate customer details, notes and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Follow approved scripts, processes, quality standards and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in international calls, cold calling and lead generation will be highly regarded
• Excellent spoken English and solid communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with Australian customers.
• Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills.
• A highly target-driven and results-oriented approach.
• The ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience using CRM systems, diallers and basic computer applications.
