Role Description This is a full-time, in office General Manager role based in Gorakhpur. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, managing branch performance, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to foreign exchange. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring financial metrics, and optimizing processes to improve service quality and profitability.



The role will involve building and maintaining client relationships, resolving escalated issues, and coordinating with external partners and regulatory bodies as needed. The General Manager will also be accountable for reporting to senior leadership, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
