Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer to manage and supervise finishing activities for a residential construction project in Mulund, Mumbai. The candidate should have hands-on experience in interior and exterior finishing works, quality control, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities• Supervise and execute all finishing activities, including plastering, putty, painting, tiling, flooring, marble, granite, doors, windows, and related works.
• Ensure finishing work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other site teams to ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and rectify finishing defects.




• Ensure proper material planning, utilization, and availability at the site.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and quality approvals.
• Maintain daily progress reports and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare snag lists and coordinate for timely closure of pending works before handover.

Required Qualifications• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in finishing works for residential or high-rise building projects.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials, construction drawings, and quality standards.
• Solid site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
