About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Representative who will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries through Phone, WhatsApp, e-mail, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
• Share product catalogues, specifications, pricing, quotations, and other relevant information with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and potential orders.
• Assist customers with product availability, specifications, delivery timelines, and order-related queries.
• Maintain a professional representation of the FEBO brand in all customer interactions.
Requirements
• 0–1 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship management, telecalling, marketing, sales coordination, or a similar role.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Good to have: Knowledge of bathroom products, sanitaryware
