Role Description The Business Development Manager – Construction will lead business growth initiatives, with a focus on identifying new project opportunities, building relationships with clients, and expanding Levenūs Projects’ footprint in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. This full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar involves developing and executing business development strategies,



preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, and collaborating with engineering and project teams to align solutions with client needs. The individual will conduct market research, track tenders and bids, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate contracts in coordination with senior leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining strong client communications, representing the company at industry events, and monitoring competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in business development or sales within construction, EPC, or infrastructure sectors, including client acquisition and account management.
• Experience with tendering, bidding, proposal development, and contract negotiation for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
