About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Sales Executive & Telecaller to manage outbound calling operations, qualify prospective leads, and drive business revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting business solutions, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline from initial contact to conversion.
This role requires strong verbal communication, structured follow-up discipline, and the ability to leverage contemporary sales automation and Gen AI communication tools to optimize daily calling scripts and lead engagement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Outbound Calling & Lead Prospecting: Execute outbound calls to potential leads, conduct initial needs assessment, introduce company products/services,



and convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain, update, and manage sales trackers, lead status, call logs, and customer conversion pipelines to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
• Lead Qualification & Hygiene: Perform regular checks on contact databases to verify lead details, eliminate duplicate records, and prioritize high-intent prospects for effective conversion.
• Gen AI Sales Workflow Integration: Actively leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to refine sales scripts, draft customized follow-up emails/messages, generate objection-handling strategies, and summarize client interactions.
• Documentation & Pitch SOPs: Maintain structured records of calling scripts, objection handling frameworks, sales FAQs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for outbound campaigns.
