Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with extensive experience in building scalable backend applications using Python, Django, FastAPI, and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade applications and exposure to building or integrating Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and AI platforms. This role involves designing and developing intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, workflow orchestration frameworks, and contemporary cloud-native architectures. The candidate will work closely with Product, AI/ML, and Platform Engineering teams to build next-generation AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

Python Backend Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build high-performance APIs using Django,



Django REST Framework (DRF), and FastAPI.
• Develop reusable, secure, and maintainable microservices.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Implement authentication, authorization, API security, rate limiting, and performance optimization.
• Write clean, testable, and production-ready code following engineering best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

AI Application Development
• Build and integrate AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop conversational AI, copilots, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Integrate external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms into AI workflows.
