About the Role
We are looking for a driven Area Manager – B2B School Sales to manage an assigned territory, acquire recent school partnerships, grow existing accounts, and drive revenue through institutional sales. The role involves engaging with school management, demonstrating Coding and Robotics solutions, developing channel partnerships,



and ensuring effective execution of sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. School Acquisition & Business Development
• Identify and acquire new schools within the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with school promoters, principals, directors, and academic heads.
• Present and demonstrate Wizklub’s Coding, Robotics, and HOTS programs to school management.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close school partnership agreements.
• Achieve assigned sales, school acquisition, and revenue targets.

2. Territory & Account Management
• Develop and execute territory-level sales plans.
• Manage existing school accounts and drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Conduct regular school visits to strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across the territory.
