Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced BGV professional to manage end-to-end background verification operations across global/offshore hiring. The role involves ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, managing BGV vendors, driving process improvements, maintaining audit readiness, and partnering with HR, TA, Legal, and business teams for seamless onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end BGV lifecycle across multiple geographies.
• Ensure compliance with DPDP Act, client requirements, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with external verification agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Drive vendor governance, process improvements, and audit readiness.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards,



and compliance reports using Excel/Power BI.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely BGV closure.

Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in Background Verification/HR Operations.
• Exposure to global or offshore BGV processes.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and employment verification.
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
