Role Description The Salesforce RCA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support root cause analysis (RCA) and other critical business processes. This full-time, in office role is based in Jaipur and involves working closely with business stakeholders, administrators,



and other developers to translate requirements into robust technical implementations. Day-to-day tasks include building and customizing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages, configuring Salesforce objects and workflows, and integrating Salesforce with other systems as needed. The role also includes troubleshooting and resolving application issues, optimizing performance, ensuring data integrity, and adhering to best practices and security standards. The Salesforce RCA Developer will document technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and support continuous improvement of the Salesforce environment.
