Role Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager / Sr. HR Executive with 4–8 years of experience in the IT/Software industry to independently manage and drive end-to-end HR functions. The role will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, HR operations,



employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in 360° HR operations, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with management on workforce planning, HR strategy, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle payroll, salary structures, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Manage performance appraisal, KRAs/KPIs, increments, and employee development.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure HR and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
