We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Performance Marketing qualified to lead paid growth for a growing Numerology & Spiritual Wellness business.

The business includes a consumer mobile app along with webinars, personalised reports, consultations and other digital products.

What you'll own
• Plan, execute and scale campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Drive app installs, registrations, purchases and repeat users
• Build and optimise funnels for webinars, reports and other digital products
• Own performance across CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, retention and LTV
• Manage prospecting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns
• Analyse the complete funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability

Creative Strategy — A Key Part of This Role
We don't want someone who simply receives creatives and runs ads.

You should be able to:
• Identify winning hooks, angles and offers from campaign data




• Develop creative concepts and briefs for designers/video editors
• Suggest scripts for UGC, reels, founder-led videos, testimonials and static ads
• Analyse which creatives are producing customers — not just clicks
• Run structured creative testing across hooks, formats, messaging, CTAs and offers
• Identify creative fatigue and continuously develop new variations
• Study competitors and market trends to generate new advertising angles
• Work closely with the content/creative team to maintain a strong pipeline of ads

You don't necessarily need to personally design or edit every creative, but you must know what creative needs to be made, why we're making it, and how we'll test it.

Must-have experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proven mobile app user-acquisition experience
• Experience scaling meaningful advertising budget
