Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Coimbatore. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build relationships with healthcare providers and billing offices. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, understanding client requirements,



and proposing appropriate RCM solutions in collaboration with internal teams. The individual will manage accounts, maintain regular follow-ups, and track sales activities to meet growth targets. The position also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and providing feedback to improve services and offerings.

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation.
• Experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, or RCM is an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and convert opportunities into clients.
