Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. The Export Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing export enquiries, and providing customer service.



The role requires aligning export processes with company standards and global trade regulations while ensuring timely and effective communication with international clients.
Qualifications
• Handle International customer inquiries (Phone, Email, WhatsApp)
• Build strong client relationship for repeat business
• Share product, pricing & delivery details
• Prepare & follow up on quotations
• Coordinate with sales, logistic & purchase teams
• Resolve customer issues & ensure satisfaction
• Maintain CRM records & prepare reports
• Support new customer onboarding
