Role Overview (Summary)

This is a high-ownership Paid Media Specialist role where you’ll manage 3–5 B2B SaaS accounts end-to-end.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Strategy, execution, and optimization
• Driving pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Using AI tools and workflows daily

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
• Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads
• LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
• Reddit Ads, X (Twitter) Ads

• Manage budgets, bids, and pacing aligned to revenue goals




• Build and refine audience segments:
• Intent-based, firmographic, ABM lists, retargeting, lookalikes

• Ensure accurate tracking:
• Conversion tracking, UTMs, CRM integration

• Develop full-funnel strategies tied to pipeline and revenue
• Run structured experiments (A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding)
• Analyze performance across channels and reallocate budgets based on impact
• Use AI tools for: Ad copy, research, analysis, and optimization
• Automate reporting and repetitive workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Copy, Creative, SEO, RevOps)
• Participate in client calls with insights and recommendations

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Launching and scaling campaigns across:
