Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.
• Demonstrated experience in Software Development and Programming for complex, cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and integration with external services.
• Advanced skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and designing modular, reusable, and testable code.
• Experience with at least one modern backend language and framework (e.g., Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment, with explicit communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ERP, POS, logistics, HR, or SaaS products is a plus.
• Having 7+ years of experience
