Role Description The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, providing information about solar energy solutions and real-estate projects. Responsibilities include explaining products and services, answering queries, maintaining accurate call records, and following up with leads to support sales and customer engagement. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to schedule appointments, share customer feedback, and ensure professional communication standards are met. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Cuddalore, requiring consistent presence at the office and adherence to daily call targets and reporting routines.
