Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist role at RUPERR Technologies is a full-time,



on-site position based in Bengaluru. The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision aerospace and defense components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include interpreting technical blueprints, selecting appropriate tools and fixtures, adjusting machine settings, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. The role involves measuring and inspecting finished parts, documenting quality results, and collaborating with engineers and production teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes. The CNC Machinist will also maintain a secure, organized work area and follow all company safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Machine Operation and CNC Machining, with experience setting up and running milling machines and related equipment.
