About the Role
Trinity People & Culture Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Data Analyst / MIS Executive for an esteemed client in Andheri, Mumbai.

The role involves preparing and maintaining MIS reports, analysing sales and product performance, handling inventory reconciliation, and supporting business reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should have solid MS Excel skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain sales MIS reports and performance trackers.
• Prepare brand-wise and product-wise reports.
• Support brand performance and brand health reporting.
• Calculate closing stock using opening stock, purchases, and sales.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and compare calculated stock with inventory statements.
• Identify discrepancies between physical stock and book stock.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to resolve inventory variances.
• Use Excel Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas,



and charts for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain structured data files and MIS templates.
• Assist in preparing basic dashboards.
• Support pricing, costing, and business decisions through accurate reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Commerce preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data-related roles.
• Strong MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of sales, costing, and pricing.
• Ability to handle large datasets accurately.
• Good analytical and logical thinking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
