Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, commercially driven Business Development & Digital Marketing Specialist to help expand RethinkingWeb’s client base and drive revenue growth.





The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, presenting our services, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and converting opportunities into business. The role will also support digital outreach, marketing initiatives, client relationship management, and account growth.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers, understands digital services, and can independently manage the sales process from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation• Identify and develop current business opportunities for website development, eCommerce, digital marketing, and IT services.
