Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and client-focused Business Development professional with experience in loyalty solutions across Channel Partners, Retail, and BFSI segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our footprint across key industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
· Hunt, Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities across Channel Partners, Retail, BFSI, and Enterprise segments.
· Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, solution demonstrations, proposal creation,



negotiation, and deal closure.
· Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
· Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market presence and generate consistent sales pipelines.
· Understand client business challenges and recommend customized loyalty, engagement, fintech, or SaaS-based solutions.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to align offerings with client requirements.
· Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking to identify new business opportunities.
· Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates using CRM tools.
