Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, supporting residential projects such as Riverdale. This role focuses on managing and strengthening relationships with prospective and existing residents,



ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include tracking and updating customer data in CRM systems, responding to inquiries, coordinating appointments and site visits, and following up on leads in collaboration with the sales team. The specialist will also manage customer feedback, address service concerns in coordination with project and operations teams, and prepare regular reports on customer trends and engagement metrics. Working closely with sales, marketing, and project management, this role helps maintain Duville Estates’ high standards of ethics, transparency, and value creation.
