Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Formulation Research Development – Pharmaceuticals role based in Jaipur. The professional in this position will design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical formulations, including planning experiments, conducting lab-scale trials, and analyzing data to ensure product stability, efficacy, and safety. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting regulatory submissions with well-structured reports and development histories. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, production, and marketing to align formulations with market needs and regulatory requirements. The individual will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, stay updated on industry trends and guidelines, and support scale-up and technology transfer from lab to commercial manufacturing.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for experimental design, data interpretation, and problem-solving in formulation development.




• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explicit documentation, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and business partners.
• Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Programming skills where applicable, such as using specialized tools or software for data analysis, formulation modeling, or process optimization.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related understanding sufficient to align formulations with market needs and support technical discussions with clients and partners.
• Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation principles, preformulation studies, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, ICH) is highly beneficial.
• A degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or specialized training in formulation development are an advantage.
