About the RoleAt anushé pirani, we're looking for a Fashion Design Associate who enjoys the process of bringing a collection to life — from design and print development to sampling, construction, and finishing.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong technical foundation, a good design sensibility, and the initiative to take ownership of assigned responsibilities while working closely with our Design and Studio Team.

What You'll Do• Translate collection direction into sketches, technical illustrations, and tech packs.
• Develop moodboards, colour boards, prints, and design details.
• Work closely with the master and tailors on pattern development, sampling, fittings, and corrections.
• Source fabrics, trims, and other materials through local market visits and supplier coordination.
• Maintain organised design documentation, measurement sheets, and development trackers.
• Coordinate sampling progress,



follow up on timelines, and communicate updates or challenges proactively.
• Support consistency in garment construction, quality, and finishing.

What We're Looking For• 2–3 years of relevant experience in fashion design and garment development.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns, fit, and textiles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, including print development.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in developing prints, including motifs, layouts, and repeat patterns.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Transparent communication skills and the ability to manage assigned work independently.
• Comfortable with hands-on studio work, market sourcing, and coordination with masters, tailors, and suppliers.
• Currently based in Mumbai and available to work on-site in Prabhadevi.
