Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales and Marketing Executive & Manager in the FMCG sector. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote organic FMCG products, expand market presence, and achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research and competitor analysis, managing sales pipelines, and building robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, preparing regular reports,



coordinating with internal teams for product promotions, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The individual will lead initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, support new product launches, and enhance customer engagement in line with the company’s mission of providing pure food.

• Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective FMCG promotion strategies.
• Market Research skills to analyze consumer trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
