ArchPro is looking for a Client Relationship & Project Advisor to join our team in Kochi. This is a people-facing, client-oriented role for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, understanding their requirements, and helping them navigate the early stages of their architecture and construction projects.

You will be responsible for handling clients who approach ArchPro, understanding their project requirements, communicating with them across calls and messages, explaining ArchPro’s approach and capabilities, and ensuring that every client interaction is qualified, positive, and informative.

Role Overview:
As a Client Relationship & Project Advisor, you will be one of the first points of contact for clients approaching ArchPro.

Your work will involve understanding who the client is, what they are looking to build, their project requirements, location, scale, budget, timeline, design expectations, and other relevant details. You will then help the client understand how ArchPro can approach their project and coordinate internally to take the conversation forward.

This role requires someone who is highly articulate, energetic, approachable, positive, and genuinely interested in people and projects. You should be comfortable having detailed conversations about architecture, design, construction, budgets, timelines, and client requirements, while also being willing to continuously learn.
