Key Responsibilities
• Own IMS network capacity planning and performance management activities.
• Perform traffic forecasting, network dimensioning, and capacity assessments for IMS platforms.
• Analyze BHCA/BHCC trends and develop capacity models aligned with expected traffic growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and report IMS performance KPIs and service-quality indicators.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, capacity risks, and network constraints.
• Recommend capacity expansion and performance optimization actions based on trend analysis.
• Conduct proactive performance analysis to reduce the risk of service degradation.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and operations teams on network growth and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare dashboards, reports,
and technical recommendations for relevant stakeholders.
• Support investigation and resolution of performance-related network issues.
Required Skills and Experience
• 7-11 years of relevant experience in telecommunications or IMS network performance.
• Solid experience in IMS capacity planning and performance management.
• Hands-on expertise in traffic forecasting and network dimensioning.
• Practical knowledge of BHCA/BHCC analysis and capacity modelling.
• Experience in IMS KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend optimization actions.
• Good understanding of IMS architecture and core network performance concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
