About the Role
We are looking for a polished, sharp and driven Sales Executive to join our luxury sales team. You will advise high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and NRI clients through the entire buying journey, from first conversation to final closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with HNI and NRI clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct site visits and project presentations with confidence and clarity
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead follow-up, negotiation, documentation and closure
• Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Coordinate with builder sales teams on pricing, availability and offers
• Stay updated on Hyderabad’s luxury real estate market,



pricing trends and new launches
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions

Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in sales
• Real estate sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Candidates from luxury retail, automobiles, banking, wealth management, insurance or hospitality are encouraged to apply
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Polished, professional personality with strong presentation skills
• Ability to hold intelligent, confident conversations with senior professionals and business owners
• Solid negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and disciplined with follow-ups
• Willingness to conduct site visits, including on weekends
