Key Responsibilities / KRAs
• Lead and manage a creative team of approximately 5 graphic designers.
• Plan, allocate and monitor daily creative tasks and design projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives across marketing and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong visual identity and brand consistency.
• Provide creative direction for campaigns, social media, digital ads, packaging, print and offline materials.
• Review and approve designs before final release.
• Guide designers on concepts, layouts, typography, colour, composition and brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize creative campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Work closely with Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Sales and Management teams.
• Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts and creative outputs.
• Manage multiple projects,



priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Improve creative processes, workflows and turnaround time.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Mentor and develop designers to improve creative and technical skills.
• Ensure high standards of design quality across all brand communication.
• Stay updated on design trends, visual styles, digital formats and creative tools.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agencies, printers and external vendors when required.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, events and promotional activities.
• Maintain and organize brand assets, design files and creative libraries.
• Take ownership of creative output, quality and team performance.
