Job Summary:




We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage and optimize customer interactions, especially for inbound leads and package sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling inside sales or customer support calls, maintaining accurate data records, and using CRM and IVR systems to streamline customer engagement. A background in hospitality or entertainment will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries from potential customers.
